We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
HR & Admin Executive
to oversee the full range of Human Resources and administrative operations. This position plays a key role in supporting our people and processes -- from recruitment and employee engagement to office administration and compliance -- ensuring the organization runs efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources:
Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
Oversee payroll, attendance, and leave management systems.
Implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
Support performance appraisals, training, and employee development initiatives.
Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters professionally.
Administration:
Manage day-to-day office operations and facility maintenance.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
Ensure compliance with workplace health, safety, and security policies.
Maintain company documents, contracts, and licenses.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in
Human Resources, Business Administration
, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Proven experience in HR and office administration roles.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficient in
MS Office
and HR software tools.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
