Key ResponsibilitiesTime Office & Payroll
Maintain attendance, leave records, and biometric system (Ascent).
Prepare daily attendance/manpower reports and support payroll processing.
Handle apprentice registration (NATS/NAPS) and PF challans.
Contract Labor Management
Plan and provide manpower as per production requirements.
Coordinate with contractors for deployment, compliance, billing, and wage payment.
Support worker hiring through job fairs and ITIs.
Recruitment & Employee Relations
Source and line up candidates based on manpower planning.
Coordinate interviews and support onboarding.
Handle employee grievances and issue experience/relieving letters.
Conduct monthly employee meetings and awareness programs.
General Administration
Oversee canteen, security, housekeeping, and transport facility.
Manage SIM card allocation and general admin support.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in HR/Administration or related field.
2-5 years of experience in HR & Admin (manufacturing preferred).
Good knowledge of payroll, time office, statutory compliance, and manpower handling.
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
