The HR Admin will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, supporting recruitment activities, ensuring smooth onboarding, maintaining HR records, and contributing to a positive organizational culture. The role also includes basic office administration and coordination to support smooth workplace functioning. This position is suitable for candidates with 0-3 years of experience, including fresh graduates with relevant internships or HR exposure.
2. Key Responsibilities
A. Recruitment & Hiring
Publish job postings on job portals, social media, and other relevant platforms.
Screen and shortlist resumes as per role requirements.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and interview panels.
Maintain candidate database and interview trackers.
Support in offer roll-out and pre-joining formalities.
B. Onboarding & Documentation
Coordinate new hire joining formalities and documentation.
Assist in conducting new hire orientation/induction sessions.
Ensure timely creation and maintenance of employee files (physical and digital).
Coordinate with IT/Admin for asset allocation and system access for new joiners.
C. Attendance & Leave Management
Maintain accurate attendance records of employees.
Track and update leave balances as per company policy.
Share monthly attendance reports with payroll/finance team.
Respond to basic employee queries related to leave and attendance policies.
D. Employee Engagement & Culture
Plan and organize employee engagement activities (festivals, celebrations, events, team-building, etc.).
Assist in conducting employee feedback surveys or sessions.
Support internal communication related to HR initiatives and announcements.
Contribute to initiatives that strengthen organizational culture and employee experience.
E. Office Management & HR Admin Support
Coordinate general office administration activities, as required.
Liaise with vendors, service providers, and support staff where needed.
Assist in ensuring a clean, safe, and well-organized office environment.
Support HR team in any ad-hoc administrative tasks or HR projects.
3. Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
0-3 years in HR operations / HR administration / recruitment.
Relevant freshers with internships, HR projects, or HR certifications are encouraged to apply.
4. Skills & Competencies
Basic understanding of HR functions (recruitment, onboarding, attendance, employee engagement).
Good communication skills (verbal and written).
Strong organizational and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); exposure to HR tools/software is a plus.
High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
Positive attitude, people-oriented, eager to learn and grow in HR.

Working Days: 6 days a week (Alternate Saturdays off)
