About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and organized
HR cum Admin Executive
to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end HR operations -- from hiring and onboarding to employee engagement and payroll -- while also handling daily administrative and event-support functions.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative, and people-driven event industry environment.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resource Management
Handle end-to-end recruitment for corporate, wedding, and exhibition verticals.
Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management.
Prepare payroll inputs and coordinate salary processing.
Conduct onboarding and induction for new hires.
Maintain compliance with PF/ESI and other statutory requirements.
Administration & Operations
Manage office administration, stationery, and asset records.
Handle vendor coordination, AMC renewals, and admin procurement.
Support event teams with manpower planning, travel, and accommodation arrangements.
Ensure smooth functioning of office operations and site support.
Employee Engagement
Plan internal events, training sessions, and employee recognition activities.
Assist management in implementing company culture and HR policies.
Requirements
Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
2-5 years of experience in HR/Admin (experience in event management preferred).
Strong communication, interpersonal, and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, Google Sheets, and HR tools.
Ability to handle field coordination and event-site requirements when needed.
