Manage employee onboarding and exit formalities
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination
Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Assist in performance appraisal documentation and coordination
Administration:
Oversee office supplies, vendor coordination, and facility management
Manage travel arrangements, meeting schedules, and event logistics
Maintain records of company assets and administrative documentation
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the office
Liaise with external agencies for statutory compliance and audits
