BBB (Beauty Beyond Borders) is a growing startup in the aesthetics and skincare space. We are looking for a versatile professional who can drive our recruitment efforts while supporting day-to-day administrative and operational needs.
Key Responsibilities
HR & Recruitment (60%)
Manage end-to-end hiring for Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities (job postings, sourcing, screening, scheduling, coordination).
Maintain candidate databases and ensure smooth onboarding of new hires.
Support employee lifecycle processes including attendance, leave tracking, and HR documentation.
Administration & Operations (40%)
Oversee office inventory and ensure timely availability of materials.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and courier services.
Manage occasional local deliveries and logistics.
Support leadership with day-to-day operational tasks and reporting.
Who You Are
1 to 3 years of experience in HR / admin / operations.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable with dynamic work environments.
Good communication skills (written & verbal).
