Lighthouse Communities Foundation (LCF) works at the intersection of skilling and livelihoods for underserved youth, with a strong focus on enabling long-term socio-economic transformation. Lighthouse is a pioneering Public-Private Partnership (PPP) model that brings together Government bodies, Corporates, NGOs, and Citizens to collaboratively create sustainable livelihood opportunities.
Under this model, the Government provides space and capital infrastructure for Lighthouse centres, Corporates support operations through CSR funding, and NGOs deliver industry-relevant skilling programs to youth. The initiative currently has a strong presence across more than 400 slum communities in Pune and has expanded to PCMC, Dombivli, Aurangabad, Hyderabad, and states including Delhi and Odisha.

Role Overview
The HR Admin will provide comprehensive human resources and administrative support to ensure smooth operations across Lighthouse centres in Hyderabad. This role plays a vital part in coordinating HR processes, maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment and onboarding, and managing day-to-day administrative requirements. The position directly contributes to efficient people management and operational effectiveness across centres.
Key Responsibilities
Office & Infrastructure Support
Ensure office equipment and infrastructure are functional; coordinate repairs and maintenance as required.
Stakeholder Coordination
Act as the primary point of contact for internal staff and external partners on HR and administrative matters in the Hyderabad region.
Centre Maintenance Oversight
Supervise and support daily maintenance needs, including electricity, plumbing, air conditioning, drinking water, and general upkeep.
Workplace Readiness
Ensure workstations, washrooms, and common areas remain clean, safe, and fully operational across centres.
Employee Support
Address staff requests related to HR and administrative needs promptly and effectively.
HR & Logistics Support
Provide logistical and administrative assistance for trainings, workshops, meetings, and other HR initiatives.
Inventory & Asset Management
Maintain accurate records of office supplies, HR materials, and assets across centres.
Travel Coordination
Assist with staff travel arrangements, including transport and accommodation bookings.
Documentation Management
Organise and maintain HR and administrative documentation such as employee records, invoices, receipts, and contracts.
Additional Duties
Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor to support HR and organisational goals.
Candidate Profile
Education
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience
2-3 years of experience in HR & Admin role.
Prior experience in the NGO or development sector is preferred.
Experience coordinating with vendors and service providers.
Skills & Competencies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organisational and documentation management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Willingness to travel to project sites or centres in Hyderabad
