We are looking for an experienced HR Admin with 3 years of hands-on experience in HR and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will support recruitment activities, maintain employee records, coordinate onboarding processes, and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in recruitment activities, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination.
Manage onboarding processes and maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Support payroll preparation by tracking attendance, leaves, and related data.
Handle daily administrative tasks such as filing, communication, and document management.
Coordinate employee engagement programs, training sessions, and internal events.
Address basic employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
Manage office supplies, vendor communication, and general office administration.
Ensure compliance with HR policies and support audits or documentation requirements.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
3 years of experience in HR Administration or Office Administration.
Strong understanding of HR processes, onboarding practices, and HR documentation.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRMS software.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask, work independently, and maintain confidentiality
