Responsibilities

:

1. Recruitment & Workforce Planning



Hiring skilled/unskilled workers, supervisors, technicians, and engineers Coordinating with contract labour agencies Ensuring proper manpower allocation per shift Managing high turnover rates in labour-intensive roles

2. Onboarding & Induction



Orientation on factory rules, safety protocols, and SOPs Issuing uniforms, ID cards, and safety gear (PPE) Training on machine operation and safety

? Admin Responsibilities in Manufacturing



1. Facility & Utility Management



Ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance of factory premises Coordinating with maintenance for electricity, plumbing Overseeing security services, CCTV monitoring, gate entries

2. Documentation & Records



Maintaining employee records, licenses, safety certificates Documenting visitor log register

3. Asset & Inventory Control



Managing office equipment, stationery Overseeing issuance and tracking of administrative assets
