We are seeking a dedicated and organized
HR & Admin
professional to join our team. Someone passionate about building a positive workplace culture and ensuring smooth operations. A professional who is approachable, empathetic, and detail-oriented, with strong communication and problem-solving skills. Administration:
Oversee office administration including facilities, supplies, and vendor management.
Handle customer relations with professionalism, ensuring queries and concerns are addressed promptly.
Coordinate with service providers such as housekeeping, IT, security, and maintenance.
Manage travel arrangements, meetings, and event logistics.
Maintain documentation, contracts, and official correspondence.
Human Resources:
Oversee the
recruitment
process including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain accurate employee records covering attendance, leave, performance, and statutory compliance.
Prepare HR letters, update policies, and ensure adherence to labor laws and organizational guidelines.
Support and coordinate training, development, and employee engagement initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
1-3 years of HR & Administration experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in
Telugu and English
is a must.
