Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling).
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
Support employee onboarding and exit formalities.
Coordinate performance appraisals and employee engagement activities.
Handle HR documentation, policies, and support statutory compliance (PF, ESI, etc.).
Act as the primary point of contact for employee HR-related queries.
Administrative Responsibilities
Manage office administration, vendor coordination, and facility management.
Maintain inventory of office supplies and company assets.
Coordinate travel, accommodation, and meeting arrangements.
Handle couriers, bills, invoices, and office-related expenses.
Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
Liaise with external agencies and service providers.
Skills & Competencies
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR practices.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email).
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
Preferred Skills
Experience in HR operations and office administration.
Knowledge of payroll coordination is an added advantage.
