We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
HR & Admin Executive
to support our growing organization in Coimbatore. This role will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations along with administrative functions, ensuring smooth internal processes and a positive employee experience. The ideal candidate should have strong coordination skills, a people-centric mindset, and hands-on experience in HR and administration.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Human Resources Operations
Handle end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
Manage employee records, attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and HR documentation.
Support performance management, probation reviews, confirmations, and exit formalities.
Ensure compliance with company HR policies, labor laws, and internal guidelines.
2. Employee Engagement & Coordination
Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and workplace concerns.
Support employee engagement initiatives, training coordination, and internal communications.
Foster a positive and professional work environment.
3. Administration & Office Management
Oversee day-to-day administrative operations and office coordination.
Manage vendors, office supplies, travel coordination, and facility-related requirements.
Maintain statutory and compliance records related to HR and administration.
4. Reporting & Documentation
Prepare and maintain HR MIS reports related to hiring, attrition, attendance, and employee performance.
Ensure accurate documentation and record maintenance in HR systems and files.
Eligibility:
Strong knowledge of HR operations and administrative processes.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools/CRM systems.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Qualifications:
MBA in Human Resources / Administration or a related specialization (mandatory).
1-2 years of experience in HR & Admin functions.
Prior experience in EdTech, IT, or service-based organizations is an added advantage.
