Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls and emails
Maintain visitor logs
Handle courier, mail, and package management
HR Administration Support
Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes
Maintain and update employee records, files, and HR databases
Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates
Support payroll inputs, attendance, and leave tracking
Assist in preparing HR documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, and confirmations
Help organize employee engagement activities, trainings, and events
Office Administration
Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors
Assist in organizing meetings and conference rooms
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Support general administrative tasks as assigned
