Handle end-to-end recruitment: job posting, screening, scheduling interviews.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
Assist with onboarding, induction, and documentation for new employees.
Coordinate payroll inputs and maintain HR-related reports.
Support HR policies, employee engagement activities, and grievance handling.
2. Administration:
Manage office administration, housekeeping, and vendor coordination.
Monitor and maintain office supplies, stationery, and asset records.
Handle travel arrangements, accommodation, and other admin support.
Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety guidelines.
Manage incoming/outgoing communications and general office operations.
Required Skills:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of HR processes and labour compliance (ESI, PF preferred).
MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word).
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
Qualification:
MBA graduate .
1-3 years of experience in HR or Admin roles.
