Manage the full employee lifecycle - recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, and exit formalities.
Maintain and update HR records, attendance, and leave management systems.
Prepare offer letters, contracts, and HR-related documentation.
Coordinate employee training, engagement activities, and appraisal processes.
Handle payroll processing and ensure timely statutory compliance.
Maintain confidentiality of employee data.
Support implementation and improvement of HR policies.
Administrative Operations
Oversee day-to-day office administration and facility management.
Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and office supplies procurement.
Maintain communication between internal departments and external partners.
Ensure proper documentation of company assets and administrative records.
Assist management with reports, correspondence, and presentations.
Compliance & International HR Support
Ensure adherence to local employment laws and company policies.
Maintain awareness of UAE labour laws and documentation standards.
Coordinate with overseas teams as needed.
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
HR/Administration certifications are a plus.
Experience
1-2 years of experience in HR & Admin roles, preferably in the IT sector.
Exposure to international HR or UAE labour law is desirable.
Skills Required
Strong knowledge of HR operations, employee relations, and payroll.
Proficient in MS Office and HRIS tools.
Excellent communication, organisation, and multitasking abilities.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Understanding of employment regulations and office management practices.
English proficiency; knowledge of Arabic or Hindi is an advantage.
