Key Responsibilities:
Handle
end-to-end recruitment
including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and documentation.
Manage
onboarding & induction
processes for new employees.
Maintain and update
employee records
, HRIS and personnel files.
Support in
payroll inputs
, attendance tracking, and leave management.
Coordinate
performance appraisal processes
and maintain related documentation.
Handle
employee engagement activities
, communication, and grievance support.
Ensure compliance with
HR policies, statutory requirements
, and company guidelines.
Prepare HR letters such as
, housekeeping, and facility management.
Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, maintenance, and service providers.
Handle
asset management

Manage
travel arrangements

Monitor office expenses, petty cash, and assist with basic
