Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Foster a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives.
Manage performance appraisal systems and employee development programs.
Payroll and Statutory compliance (PF/ESI)
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Address employee concerns and promote a positive workplace culture.
Handling security/Housekeeping team
Collaborate with department heads to address HR-related challenges and provide solutions
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
Proven experience (min 3+ years) in an HR management role.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
