Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Draft and publish job postings on various platforms Screen resumes and coordinate interviews with department heads Conduct initial HR rounds and reference checks Prepare offer letters and appointment documents Organize and manage employee onboarding and induction Maintain accurate employee records (physical and digital) Monitor attendance, leave records, and timesheets Assist in processing payroll inputs (attendance, bonuses, deductions) Issue employment letters: confirmation, transfer, promotion, etc. Organize team-building activities, festivals, and employee events Address employee queries and resolve minor grievances Conduct exit interviews and maintain attrition data Promote a healthy and inclusive work environment Ensure adherence to HR policies and labor laws Support statutory compliance (EPF, ESI, gratuity, etc.) Keep track of contract renewals, background checks, and probation reviews Assist in audits and documentation for HR-related compliance Coordinate internal and external training programs Track employee skill development and feedback Maintain training calendars and feedback reports Prepare HR dashboards and monthly reports (headcount, turnover, leave) Maintain documentation for disciplinary actions, warnings, or performance issues Update organizational charts and HR databases Assist in implementing and updating HR policies Manage office supplies, housekeeping, and stationery inventory Ensure proper maintenance of office infrastructure Monitor front desk operations, visitor entry, and reception duties Coordinate with vendors (travel, security, internet, housekeeping) Maintain records of office assets (laptops, furniture, etc.) Coordinate AMC for office equipment (printers, ACs, etc.) Manage courier, transportation, and travel bookings Maintain statutory registers and support internal audits Prepare monthly HR/Admin reports (attendance, recruitment status, expenses) Maintain documentation for HR and administrative operations Support the management in policy implementation and workflow optimization

Required Skills



Strong communication and organizational skills Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace Knowledge of HRMS, payroll basics, and statutory norms (PF/ESI) Ability to multitask and take initiative Experience with vendor or facility coordination is a plus

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources / Business Administration or related field 1-2 years of HR/Admin experience preferred Fluency in Tamil, English and etc.
