HR Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment activities including job posting, screening, and onboarding.
Support employee engagement and address queries and concerns.
Coordinate training programs and track employee development.
Aid in performance review processes and improvement plans.
Manage leave records, benefits, and basic HR documentation.
Admin Responsibilities:
Oversee office operations, supplies, and maintenance.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
Handle travel bookings and logistics for staff and events.
Maintain records, assist with data entry, and generate reports.
Provide general admin support to teams and assist in handling client coordination where needed.
