The HR & Admin Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks to ensure smooth internal functioning. This role demands coordination between departments, overseeing compliance, supporting recruitment, and maintaining a positive work environment aligned with company culture and design ethos.
Key Responsibilities:Human Resources:
Manage end-to-end recruitment - sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Maintain and update employee records (attendance, leaves, payroll support).
Assist in drafting HR policies aligned with company needs.
Monitor employee performance and assist in appraisal processes.
Handle employee grievances and support conflict resolution.
Plan and organize training & development programs.
Coordinate employee engagement and welfare activities.
Administration:
Supervise office operations including housekeeping, stationery, and maintenance.
Manage vendor relationships for administrative needs.
Ensure office assets and infrastructure are maintained.
Support travel arrangements, accommodation, and logistics.
Maintain administrative documentation and filing systems.
Assist in managing interior site-level manpower admin documentation.
Required Skills:

Knowledge of HR software and MS Office
Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach
Basic understanding of interior design business workflows (preferred)
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
2+ years of experience in HR/Admin roles (preferably in design/construction/interior firms)
