Compensation & Benefits:
Administering payroll, benefits (health, retirement), and leave management.
Policy & Compliance:
Drafting, updating, and ensuring adherence to HR policies and labour laws.
Employee Engagement:
Organizing events, wellness programs, and surveys to boost morale and engagement.
HR Administration:
Maintaining accurate employee records, handling exit formalities (interviews, offboarding), and HR reporting.
