Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and organized
HR, Admin & Stores Executive
to handle day-to-day human resource functions, administrative operations, and store management activities. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, responsible, and capable of multitasking efficiently in a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
Assist in payroll preparation and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, etc.).
Support employee engagement and welfare activities.
Coordinate training sessions and performance appraisals.
Administration:
Handle office administration, housekeeping, and facility management.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office needs.
Manage petty cash, travel arrangements, and office supplies.
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and compliance with company policies.
Stores / Inventory Management:
Maintain basics inventory records and track stock levels.
Manage inward/outward materials and documentation.
Coordinate with the purchase and production teams for material requirements.
Conduct regular stock audits and maintain accurate reports.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office (
Word, Excel, PowerPoint
).
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Knowledge of Good
HR practices and basic accounting preferred
.
Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline (MBA / HR specialization preferred).
5+ years of relevant experience in HR, Administration, or Store Management.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
