Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, onboarding).
Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
Support payroll inputs and leave management systems.
Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal events.
Assist in preparing HR letters, reports, and documentation.
Ensure smooth onboarding and exit formalities for employees.
Admin Responsibilities:
Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and maintenance activities.
Handle correspondence, courier, and travel arrangements.
Ensure office facilities and infrastructure are maintained properly.
Support in event organization, company meetings, and office upkeep.
Required Skills:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Attention to detail and a positive attitude.
