The HR & Admin Executive will be responsible for supporting day-to-day HR functions and administrative operations. The role includes recruitment, employee onboarding, attendance & payroll support, documentation, office administration, and ensuring smooth internal operations. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, disciplined, and capable of managing multiple tasks .
Manage end-to-end recruitment: job posting, screening, coordinating interviews, issuing offer letters.
Handle employee onboarding, induction, and documentation.
Maintain employee records, HR database, personal files, and statutory documents.
Assist in attendance management, leave tracking, and provide data for salary processing.
Support performance appraisal processes and employee evaluations.
Assist in employee engagement activities, training coordination, and grievance handling.
Ensure compliance with HR policies and statutory requirements.
