Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews to assess candidate fit
Coordinating interviews with hiring managers and scheduling follow-ups
Building talent pipelines for future hiring needs
Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases
Supporting HR policy development and implementation
Manage the support staff
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Good communication and organizational skills.
Willingness to learn and take initiative.
Ability to multitask and work in a team environment.
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
