Job Profile: HR Executive*
Role Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in Business Administration or a related field, with practical experience in HR or administrative roles. This position is pivotal in ensuring smooth operations of facility management and HR functions, contributing to a productive and compliant work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Housekeeping and Facility Operations:
- Oversee daily housekeeping activities to maintain a clean and safe workplace.
- Coordinate with facility management to ensure all operational needs are met.
2. Petty Cash Management:
- Handle and maintain records of petty cash transactions.
- Ensure all expenditures are documented and within budgetary constraints.
3. Canteen Services Coordination:
- Liaise with canteen service providers to ensure quality and timely service.
- Address and resolve any issues related to canteen operations.
4. HR Documentation and Record Keeping:
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in the preparation and management of HR documents and reports.
5. Transport and Vehicle Data Management:
- Oversee the management of company transport and vehicle data.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
6. Policy Compliance:
- Ensure all HR and facility management activities comply with company policies and regulations.
- Stay updated with HR best practices and legal requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA) or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR or administrative functions.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
