About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Admin Executive to manage
day-to-day HR operations, employee attendance, utilities, onboarding/offboarding
processes, and payroll support. The ideal candidate should be organized, reliable,
and eager to grow within the HR function.
Key Responsibilities
? Manage and maintain employee attendance records and leave tracking.
? Handle onboarding and offboarding formalities including documentation,
induction, and exit processes.
? Support salary processing by collating attendance and leave data.
? Oversee office utilities and administrative activities to ensure smooth daily
operations.
? Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
? Coordinate with various departments to support HR and administrative
requirements.
? Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and internal
communication.
Requirements
? Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
? 1-2 years of experience in HR/Admin roles.
? Good understanding of HR processes and basic labor laws.
? Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
? Strong communication and organizational skills.
? Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
