:



Assist in the Recruitment Process and HR Related activities.

Assist in admin activities related to Australian Construction.

Ensure the Relevant Admin Database is accurate and Up to Date.

Administration Activities like Housekeeping, Office Maintenance.

Responsible for Complete Follow-up from Vendors.

Develop and Carry Out An Efficient Documentation and Filing System for Both Paper and Electronic Records.

Looking After Day to Day Office Activities.

Purchase of Products for Office - Getting Quotes and Closing the Deal.

Monitor Inventory of Office Supplies and the Purchasing of New Material with Attention to Budgetary Constraints.

Good verbal, written English communication skills



Education: MBA.



Shift: Day Shift (6:00 Am to 3:00 Pm)



Experience: 2 to 4 years.



Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
