Job Responsibilities:
Maintain statutory compliance records - PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, Labour laws, etc.
Assist in monthly payroll inputs and employee attendance tracking.
Handle employee documentation, ID cards, and HRMS updates.
Coordinate with government portals for statutory filings.
