SARITA DIE WORKS PVT LTD. We are a leading manufacturer & exporter of high precision injection and complex Blow moulds. Since 1965 the company has built its reputation based on quality and technology & specialized itself both in designing and manufacturing of moulds for plastics.
Recently we have added 100 Ltr platen modified fully automatic blow molding machine and have entered into production as well. We can now perform trials/production for our esteemed clients in the product range of 20ltr to 120ltr.
Tasks
JD - HR Admin
Admin Profile

• Maintenance of all the software, hardware, equipments installed in the company - AMCs, vendor Management
• SECURITY
• Housekeeping
• Managing Admin Staff and their work - Receptionist, office boys & gardener
• Travel and courier management
• Stationery management
• Maintain first aid box
• Water reading checking
• Solving grave matters of the Admin department by meeting relevant vendors(Govt/ private), if needed
• Upkeep of all relevant MIS related to Admin dept and providing details of the same as and when guided by the seniors

HR Work

• Daily round in company
• Talent Acquisition & Management:
• Joining Formalities
• Daily attendance
• Salary & Disbursements / Advance salary
• Performance Appraisal / Confirmation Appraisal:
• Exit Formalities
• Organizational chart
• Training and Development
• Performance management system
• Employee Engagement
• Upkeep of all relevant MIS related to HR dept and providing details of the same as and when guided by the seniors

Requirements
Technical Skills:

• The person should have a strong background of recruitments.
• The person should be well versed with the usage of MS- Office suite.

Non Technical Skills

• Ability to handle pressure.
• Negotiation skills
• Quick LearnerSelf motivated
