Handle sales order processing, billing & invoicing using
SAP SD
Perform basic
accounting entries
, billing entries & documentation
Maintain customer master data and sales-related records in SAP
Coordinate with sales team for order updates and dispatch details
Assist in
ledger posting, basic reconciliation & billing support
Prepare daily MIS, sales reports & Excel trackers
Support accounts team in invoice verification and follow-ups
Ensure accuracy in data entry and timely reporting
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth sales & accounts operations
Required Skills
Working knowledge of
SAP SD module
(mandatory)
Basic understanding of
accounting entries & billing process
Good knowledge of
MS Excel
(reports, filters, basic formulas)
Average English & good Hindi communication
Attention to detail and coordination skills
Ability to manage both sales & accounts-related tasks
