Assist in recruitment coordination: interview scheduling, follow-ups, and documentation
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave data
Coordinate onboarding and exit formalities
Support HR reporting and MIS updates
Act as a point of contact between employees and management
Admin & Vendor Management
Manage vendor coordination (hotels, travel agents, consultants, service providers)
Arrange travel, accommodation, and logistics for sales/field teams
Handle consultancy coordination and vendor documentation
Manage office supplies, housekeeping, and maintenance activities
Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations
