Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
Maintain employee records, HR databases, and documentation
Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination
Manage employee payroll accurately and on time
Assist in performance appraisal and employee evaluation processes
Support training and development programs
Address employee queries related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits
Support employee engagement and welfare initiatives
Coordinate employee exit formalities and final settlements
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Sound knowledge of HR best practices
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Basic working knowledge of Saral Payroll
Good written and spoken English
Experience & Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources
Minimum 5+ years of experience in an HR role
FMCG industry background is mandatory
Immediate joiners preferred
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
