Job Purpose
To manage a wide range of
HR Generalist functions
including recruitment, induction, employee relations, leave and attendance management, payroll coordination, and HR compliancewhile also overseeing daily office administration and providing support to the HR Manager, Managing Director (Singapore), and the local Project Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources
Lead
end-to-end recruitment
and close open positions within deadlines
Manage the
new joiner process
(offer letter, documentation, induction)
Oversee
employee records
, leaves, holidays, attendance, and absences
Provide support to employees and managers on HR policies and procedures
Assist with
health & safety processes
Maintain and update
HR policies and procedures
Coordinate
performance appraisals
and support employee development
Prepare and provide
HR reports
and management data
Process monthly payroll
Manage
disciplinary and grievance investigations
Provide
HR admin support
to HR Manager, Finance Officer, and Managing Director
Perform any other
HR tasks
as required
Follow HR statutory compliances
Administration
Supervise the cleaning staff and maintain office upkeep
Coordinate with visitors and manage phone calls
Work with our Chartered Accountant team for ledger updates (Tally)
Handle AMC contracts (AC, pest control), flight bookings, visa applications, bank visits
Manage pantry supplies, petty cash, and office expenses
Maintain filing systems and fixed asset records (furniture, computers, etc.)
Provide space allocation and backup reports for specific servers
