Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
Coordinate new hire orientation and ensure smooth induction.
Handle employee engagement activities, event planning, and internal communication.
Support performance management cycles, appraisal processes, and goal-setting frameworks.
Ensure HR policies and procedures are implemented and followed.
Assist in payroll processing by coordinating attendance, leave management, and employee data.
Address employee queries and maintain a positive work environment.
Administration
Oversee daily office operations to ensure a productive work environment.
Manage inventories, office supplies, vendor coordination, and procurement.
Handle travel arrangements, meeting scheduling, and maintenance coordination.
Maintain documentation, filing systems, and administrative records.
Support management with reports, presentations, and internal coordination.
Coordinate facility management and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Compliance & Documentation
Manage statutory compliance documentation (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.) in coordination with consultants.
Maintain HR and administrative SOPs and ensure periodic updates.
Assist in drafting letters, agreements, and company policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in HR & Admin roles (preferably in the training/education or service industry).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Hands-on experience with MS Office and HRMS tools.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
