Performing basic bookkeeping and financial tasks
Assisting with preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
Maintaining office supplies.
Creating job descriptions for required manpower, advertising them to get best candidates and handling the employment process.
Creating and managing schedules, meetings, interviews, and other HR activities
Managing the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
On boarding new employees, including conducting orientation and providing necessary training.
