Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs.
Create and publish job postings across platforms.
Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate the selection process.
Manage offer letters and onboarding documentation.
2. Employee Onboarding & Orientation
Plan and conduct new hire orientation programs.
Ensure smooth induction into company policies, culture, and processes.
Maintain employee records and manage documentation.
3. HR Operations & Administration
Maintain and update HR databases, attendance, and employee information.
Manage payroll inputs, leaves, and attendance records.
Prepare HR reports and maintain confidentiality of employee data.
4. Employee Relations
Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.
Promote positive workplace culture and engage in conflict resolution.
Organize team-building events and engagement activities.
5. Performance Management
Support managers in conducting performance appraisals.
Assist in KPI/goal-setting processes.
Track performance improvement plans where required.
6. HR Policy Implementation
Ensure employees follow HR policies and procedures.
Assist in updating policies as per organizational needs.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, health, and safety regulations.
7. Training & Development
Identify training needs and coordinate training programs.
Maintain records of employee development activities.
