Handle day-to-day admin work like document filing, courier, facility management, supervise housekeeping, bill payments etc.
Travel bookings and voucher reimbursement settlement.
Handle employee recruitment activities and orientation of new joinees.
Manage employee records, employee information, leaves, attendance and payroll.
Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and other HR-related matters and address their grievances.
Handle employee performance review (monthly) and performance appraisal (annually).
Maintain all HR and Admin related records.
Qualification and Skills required
Candidate should be a graduate with 3-4 years of experience in admin/HR role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Should be good at MS office and internet based tools. Knowledge of ZOHO will be an added advantage.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
