Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding.
Draft and post job descriptions across job portals and social media.
Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates.
Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing needs.
Prepare job offers, appointment letters, and maintain HR records.
Handle employee documentation, attendance, and general HR administration.
Administration:
Maintain employee files, office documents, and operational records.
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and support administrative activities.
Ensure smooth office operations, facility management, and daily coordination.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. (Fresher can also apply)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and administrative functions.
Proficiency in MS Office and document handling.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
