The HR & Admin Executive is responsible for managing daily HR operations and ensuring smooth administrative functioning of the office. This role supports recruitment, employee relations, documentation, compliance, and general administrative tasks to create an efficient and productive workplace.
Assist in full-cycle recruitment: job posting, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records, personnel files, and HR databases.
Support payroll preparation by collecting attendance, leave records, and other related data.
Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and company procedures.
Assist in performance management processes and probation review tracking.
Organize training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement activities.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and HR policies.
Prepare HR-related letters like offer letters, appointment letters, confirmations, and warnings.
Administrative Responsibilities
Manage office supplies, stationery, and inventory.
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and maintenance teams.
Oversee office facilities, upkeep, cleanliness, and environment.
Coordinate travel arrangements, meeting schedules, and event logistics.
Handle office communication, incoming/outgoing mails, courier, and document management.
Assist in developing administrative procedures and ensure their implementation.
Monitor housekeeping, security, and other outsourced staff.
Support management in daily operations and special projects.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of HR processes and basic labor laws.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in HR and office administration (or as per your requirement).
Experience with HRMS/attendance software is an added advantage.
