Act of the first point of contact for employee complaint and grievances.
Issue employee letters such as Offer Letters, Appointment Letters, Experience Certificates, Appraisal Letters, etc.
Monitor and maintain employee attendance and leave records.
Manage salary calculations and salary processing.
Verify employee vouchers and related documents.
Plan and arrange the monthly events, workshop, or fun activities (One Saturday every month)
Prepare job descriptions and post vacancies on relevant hiring platforms.
Review candidate CVs and portfolios, and share shortlisted profiles with Associates and the Principal.
Coordinate interviews by contacting candidates and scheduling meetings with the respective Associate or Principal.
Manage the onboarding process for new hires.
Administration Responsibilities
Check and maintain stationery stock; place orders on a fortnightly basis.
Follow up with AMC vendors (AC service, pest control, electrician, Printer, etc.).
Assign daily tasks to the Office Boy and ensure completion.
Verify vendor bills and maintain proper documentation.
Coordinate with the IT support team for any employee's hardware and software related issues.
Send the courier and maintain the tracking records.
Liaise with Travel, Insurance and Bank team behalf of the management.
Manage Petty Cash amount and maintain accurate records.
Provide administrative support to management as required.
Requirements
Minimum graduation in any field.
Both male and female candidates can apply.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
Minimum 1 years of experience in HR & Administration.
Salary Range:
?20,000 - ?30,000 per month
