Job Description

Source candidates through recruitment agencies and online portal Schedule job interviews, contact, screen, and shortlist candidates as needed. Provide administrative support Organize, compile, and update company personnel records and documentation. General HR administration, such as preparation of employment letters, confirmation letter and etc Coordinating between Employee & PF Consultant. Oversee record-keeping of attendance and leave management for payroll Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance Answer employee's queries about HR-related issues Organize and supervise all travel arrangements for employees. Prepare correspondence, arrange meetings, process confidential reports and documents Administer performance management program by monitoring employee appraisals and salary revisions

Candidate Profile



Excellent communication skills in English & Marathi Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks Excellent oral and written communication skills. Work experience as an HR & Admin Officer/Executive, HR Administrative Assistant or similar role
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
