Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring a professional and friendly experience.
Direct guests to the appropriate person or department.
Manage incoming calls -- answer, connect, and transfer appropriately.
Handle couriers and maintain records of dispatches and deliveries.
Keep the reception and office area neat, organized, and presentable.
Administrative & Coordination Tasks
Arrange and record appointments, interviews, and meetings.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and internal stakeholders.
Maintain calendars and assist senior staff with meeting setups.
Draft, format, and send official correspondence, internal communication, and documentation.
Organize and maintain both physical and digital filing systems.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and business documents.
Support travel bookings, accommodation, and itinerary coordination.
Handle follow-ups, reminders, and ensure deadlines are met.
Confidentiality & Compliance
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and employee information.
Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping in line with company policies.
