Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process -- from creating job descriptions to candidate onboarding.
Oversee employee safety, wellness, and compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, TDS, Mediclaim).
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure confidentiality of data.
Draft and issue appointment, promotion, and transfer letters; negotiate salaries with new hires.
Coordinate monthly payroll, attendance, incentives, and overtime calculations.
Plan and execute employee engagement, recognition, and team-building initiatives.
Conduct monthly performance review rounds and assist with appraisals.
Support franchise partners and ensure HR policies are implemented consistently.
Coordinate with vendors for housekeeping, security, and office administration.
Organize internal and corporate events, including logistics and vendor coordination.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in the wellness, hospitality, or healthcare sector.
Strong understanding of labour laws and compliance.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools.
Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail and confidentiality.
