About the Role
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented
HR & Admin Executive
to manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensure statutory and policy compliance, and handle key administrative functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR operations and labour laws, coupled with excellent coordination and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle - sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and create job descriptions.
Use job portals, social media, and other channels to attract top talent.
Conduct reference checks and ensure smooth joining formalities.
Maintain recruitment dashboards and reports.
Compliance & HR Operations
Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies (PF, ESI, gratuity, professional tax, etc.).
Maintain employee records, contracts, and statutory documentation.
Coordinate with payroll and accounts teams for monthly compliance submissions.
Support internal and external HR audits.
Implement and update HR policies as per regulatory requirements.
Administration
Oversee office administration, vendor coordination, and facility management.
Manage attendance, leave records, and employee documentation.
Handle employee engagement activities and internal communication.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, and compliance.
Working knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliances.
Proficient in MS Office and HR software tools.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and multitasking skills.
Preferred Skills
Exposure to startup or SME environments.
Experience handling HRMS systems.
Knowledge of payroll coordination and audit documentation.
