Key Responsibilities HR Responsibilities: ₹ Act as the first point of contact for all night-shift employees ? Handle attendance, shift rosters, and basic payroll coordination ? Support hiring coordination for night shift roles - screening, follow-ups, onboarding ? Maintain employee files, ID card issuance, and background verification ? Support night-shift employee engagement and grievance redressal ? Enforce HR policies and report any violations or concerns Admin Responsibilities: ₹ Coordinate employee transport services during the night shift ? Monitor office facilities to ensure safety, cleanliness, and proper functioning ? Work with support staff (security, housekeeping, etc.) for smooth operations ? Maintain stock levels for office supplies and raise alerts for shortages ? Log incidents, maintenance issues, or escalations during the shift Requirements ? Graduate in any discipline (HR/Administration preferred) ? 1-3 years' experience in an HR/Admin role, preferably in a night-shift BPO environment ? Strong communication, documentation, and coordination skills ? Ability to manage tasks independently during off-hours ? Familiarity with HRMS tools, PF/ESI basics, and transport coordination is a plus
