Handle end-to-end recruitment: job posting, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
Assist in payroll, PF, ESI, and employee benefits administration.
Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Admin Responsibilities:
Manage office operations, supplies, and vendor coordination.
Assist with travel arrangements, meeting schedules, and general correspondence.
Prepare reports, presentations, and HR/admin documentation.
Support policy implementation and day-to-day office management tasks.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
0-1 years of experience in HR & Administration.
Proficient in MS Office and HR software.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
Knowledge of labor laws, PF, ESI, and payroll processes is preferred.
