Job Responsibilities



Accounts



Prepare fee statements, follow up for payments & GST, and issue tax invoices.

Resolve account queries, process approvals, and coordinate with accounts team.

HR



Maintain attendance, leave & increment records.

Manage recruitment, joining/experience letters, and staff training.

Prepare monthly payroll (salary, overtime, advances, bonus) and share details with staff.

Organize employee engagement activities (Employee of the Month, events).

Executive Assistance to Director



Manage reminders, draft emails/reports, and coordinate communications.

Book travel, prepare PPTs/speeches, and support event/meeting requirements.

Handle association correspondence and translations as needed.

IT & Administration



Maintain system/server backups, user credentials & IT coordination.

Support labor wage calculation & disbursement.

Oversee office administration (supplies, cleanliness, guest handling, banking & printing support).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
