Managing HR operations, administrative tasks, and employee relations. Skilled in optimizing workflows, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance. Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities, with proficiency in HR and office management.
Human Resources Management:
Recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation, and benefits.
Administrative Support:
Scheduling, office management, travel arrangements, and facilities coordination.
Employee Relations:
Conflict resolution, employee engagement, and satisfaction.
Compliance & Legal:
Knowledge of labor laws, contracts, and workplace regulations.
Training & Development:
Employee training programs, professional development, and skill-building initiatives.
Software Proficiency:
HRIS (Human Resource Information System), MS Office, Google Suite, payroll systems.
Communication & Collaboration:
Strong interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Talent Acquisition:
Utilization of job portals to identify and engage with potential candidates.
Qualifications and Skills
Skills required:
Candidates from Event Management company will be preferred
Hardworking and growth oriented pleasant personality
Previous experience as HR Admin preferred.
Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office
Organizational skills and ability to prioritize the tasks
Good communication and Interpersonal skill
Excellent reporting skills & presence of mind
Good time management skills
Office Days/Time:
10 am to 7 pm - Monday to Saturday
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
