Job Description

Employee Records Management

- Maintain and update employee personal files, attendance, and leave records accurately.

Recruitment Support

- Assist in scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates, and maintaining recruitment trackers.

Onboarding Process

- Support onboarding activities including documentation, ID creation, and induction coordination.

HRMS Data Entry

- Enter and update employee data in HRMS or spreadsheets regularly.

Payroll Assistance

- Provide required data to payroll team such as attendance and leave summaries.

Administrative Tasks

- Handle office admin work like stationery management, vendor coordination, and office upkeep.

Employee Engagement

- Help organize employee engagement events, celebrations, and feedback collection.

Exit Formalities

- Assist in coordinating full & final settlements and exit interviews.

Compliance Support

- Ensure employee documents are in line with statutory and audit requirements.

Internal Communication

- Draft and circulate HR-related communications like notices, policies, and updates.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
